Laura and David Carreon are seasoned professionals with a wealth of experience in personal development, business leadership, ministry leadership, sales leadership, and communication coaching.
Background
Together, Laura and David bring 28 years of leadership experience. David holds a Business Administration degree with a Minor in Management and has spent 20 years as a Construction Sales Territory Manager. Laura has an Associates in Biblical Studies, majored in Ministry Leadership, is a Certified Child Advocate, and holds various certifications in leadership. Both are Certified Communication Coaches.
Key Achievements
David has extensive experience in Business Development, Sales, Business Leadership, and Management. Laura has excelled as a Child Advocate, assisting women through crisis pregnancies, and in Personal Development. Both David and Laura are Certified Leadership Coaches, offering expert insights into effective Communication, leadership and leadership culture. They have successfully created and led countless sales, leadership and ministry teams.
However, their true achievement lies in leading their children to become passionate, productive, and service-oriented individuals.

They believe in transforming lives by fostering understanding, empathy, and collaboration. Family
David and Laura have been happily married for 26 years and have three children: Levi, Arely, and Gabriela. Tragically, on January 15, 2020, Levi passed away at the age of 20 in a car accident. He is greatly missed by his wife, son, and the entire Carreon family. Through faith, counseling, coaching, and understanding, David, Laura, Arely, Gabby, Michelle, and JJ are now all thriving in their lives.
With their daughters now grown and independent, David and Laura are proud empty nesters and delighted grandparents.
